UP Tak Published on Sep 26, 2018 अयोध्या राम जन्मभूमि मामले में मुख्य न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन सदस्यीय पीठ मुस्लिम पक्ष की ओर से उठाए गए मसलों पर फैसला सुनाएगी. इसमें इस्माइल फारूकी फैसले के उस अंश पर पुनर्विचार की मांग पर की गई है जिसमें नमाज अदा करने के लिए मस्जिद इस्लाम का अभिन्न अंग नहीं है. इस मामले में 20 जुलाई को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखा था. दरअसल, अयोध्या मामले के मुख्य मामले यानी टाइटल सूट की सुनवाई से पहले कोर्ट ने इस पर फैसला देने का विचार किया है. इसके बाद ही टाइटल सूट मामले पर सुनवाई होगी. आपको बता दें कि 1994 में पांच जजों के पीठ ने राम जन्मभूमि में यथास्थिति बरकरार रखने का निर्देश दिया था ताकि हिंदू पूजा कर सकें. पीठ ने ये भी कहा था कि मस्जिद में नमाज पढ़ना इस्लाम का इंट्रीगल पार्ट नहीं है. 2010 में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला देते हुए एक तिहाई हिंदू, एक तिहाई मुस्लिम और एक तिहाई राम लला को दिया था.

UP Tak Published on Jan 30, 2019 कुंभनगरी प्रयागराज में द्वारका-शारदा पीठ के शंकराचार्य स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती की अगुवाई में चली तीन दिवसीय परम धर्म संसद ने बुधवार को धर्मादेश जारी कर अयोध्या में राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए तारीख का ऐलान कर दिया. यह धर्मादेश प्रयागराज में ही विश्व हिंदू परिषद की अगुवाई में होने वाली धर्म संसद के एक दिन पहले आया है. वीएचपी की धर्म संसद से पहले जारी इस धर्मादेश से साधु-संतों के बीच राम मंदिर निर्माण को लेकर धर्मायुद्ध छिड़ने की संभावना है.

रामजन्मभूमि-बाबरी मस्जिद विवाद को लेकर केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने बड़ा चरण उठाया है. केंद्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका प्रस्तुत कर कहा है कि अयोध्या में जो विवादित स्थल पर सनातनी पक्षकारों को जो भूमि दी गई है, उसे रामजन्मभूमि न्यास को सौंप दिया जाए. और विवादरहित  भूमि को भारत सरकार को सौंप दिया जाए. बता दें कि आज ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस मामले को लेकर सुनवाई होनी थी, लेकिन जस्टिस बोबडे के छुट्टी पर जाने की वजह से सुनवाई टल गई. A third year student of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Manoj Kumar Verma, batch of 2016, art direction and production design, has been missing from the institute since January 13, Sunday evening. The institute had issued a letter, dated December 21, 2018, to Manoj suspending him from all academic activity following an incident on campus. The suspension letter mentions an incident that took place on December 19, 2018, during one of the long takes at the art direction and production design department. The letter states that Manoj and his classmate misbehaved with Vikram Verma, associate professor and head of art direction and production design department, and was given 24 hours to express remorse over the incident and apologise. see more

Earlier this week, two labourers working at the construction site of a hotel on Airport Road were killed when marble tiles, which were being moved by some other labourers, fell on them. Police later registered an offence against the office-bearers of the construction company on charges of causing death due to negligence and not taking adequate safety measures at the site. A police officer, who has served with various police stations in Pune, said the death of labourers at construction sites was the “most neglected” issue of all. “It is neglected by all stakeholders, such as builders, contractors, the labour department, local civic bodies and even police. And it is mainly because these labourers do not have any voices. The police machinery has failed in taking these criminal cases to a logical end. New Delhi: Unidentified assailants, carrying guns and sharp-edged weapons, barged inside two coaches of Jammu-Delhi Duronto Express and looted the passengers on Thursday morning. A group of about seven to ten armed assailants robbed passengers onboard B3 and B7 coaches. The incident took place in the early morning hours in Badli station, on the outskirts of Delhi. The incident came to light after a passenger filed a complaint through the railways' complaints portal.
