The miracle of technology - a wheel-rail truck (motor vehicle, locomobile) - is a universal shunting railway technology, which allows using it instead of shunting locomotives at the enterprises for transportation of wagons (tanks, platforms) for loading, forming trains, performing shunting operations with rolling stock.
 The use of a locomotive based on a tractor is very effective in comparison with diesel locomotives due to maneuverability, efficiency and mobility, high coefficient of equipment use, economy, low operating costs.
